Order Processing & Handling
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the following day. During peak periods, new collection launches, or the Chinese New Year, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

International Duties, Taxes & Surcharges (2026 Update)


International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. By shopping with us, you acknowledge that:

USA: 

All imports to the US are now subject to a 10% Temporary Import Surcharge (effective Feb 2026), which will be calculated and displayed at checkout or handled by the courier upon arrival.

Payment Responsibility:

All duties, taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's journey via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Epiphany The Label is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
