Refund policy
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not for any reason, we will happily exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return within 28 days of receipt, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us must have been requested for a return to be accepted.
Damaged or Defective
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, or if you've received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a faulty item, please inform us within 28 days of receipt by contacting us at info@epiphanythelabel.com.
Exchanges
An Exchange or store credit will be offered for damaged or defective clothing. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
NO EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We recommend using tracked postage for returns. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 10 business days for processing. Please note that any shipping charges or retain labels are the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer refunds for sale items, including flash sales with a discount code applied, or for gift cards. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you can only receive store credit.
Refunds
