How long will my order take to arrive to me?
- Delivery should take 5-10 days for standard post and 3-4 days express for Australian orders. Pre-orders might take longer. Delivery time frames are approximate only and will not include any unforeseen delays or transit issues.

My tracking code doesn’t work?
- Tracking numbers will sometimes start working after 48 hours. If the tracking number still isn’t working after this time please contact customer service on info@epiphanythelabel.com
How do I know what size I am?
- We have included a size guide on all product descriptions and product info. If however you didn’t find this helpful you can contact us on our online chat or send an email and someone will be at hand to help.
Where is my Order ?
- Congratulations on your purchase from Epiphany Apparel. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped (make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder in case your tracking email is in there). If you are still unable to locate this info, you are welcome to contact us via ‘live chat’ or by emailing info@epiphanythelabel.com
How do I track my order ?

Does Epiphany Apparel offer return labels ?
- No, not at this stage
Do I have to pay to return items to Epiphany Apparel
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning a parcel back to us. It is also a responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
What payment options are available on your website?

I would like to return a product, what do I do?
- We are sorry you are not completely pleased with your order. Please initaite a refund from the footer session of the website or email info@epiphanythelabel.com and we will give you a return address to return your product to us. The product will need to be in the original packaging, with all tags still attached, clean, unworn and undamaged.
